add instructions for cert-manager #11

I'm using cert-manager and cert-manager-webhook-pdns together with a zone on servfail since a few months.
Was a bit harder to initially get working (because of lack of logs in the cert-manager-webhook-pdns^^) and I though that my example can help somebody in the future 🙂

Thanks for the note! I would remove the configuration example though, it is a pretty standard configuration for PowerDNS.

Sorry for the insanely late reply 😅 I still think it's worth to mention that the serverID should be one of the NSes. If you agree let me know what the best location for this info would be.

Hm, not sure. In my opinion it's fairly well documented, if you know what to look for. Maybe having a separate section for configuration examples would be useful.
