  • convert_media_url now uses S3_PUBLIC_URL as primary option
  • Falls back to S3_CUSTOM_DOMAIN, then standard S3 URL format
  • Updated docstring to document the priority order
  • Fixes issue where S3_PUBLIC_URL env var was ignored
