- Embed secrets loading directly into entrypoint.sh and entrypoint_celery.sh
- Remove redundant docker-entrypoint.sh file that was being bypassed
- Add robust error handling with proper exit codes for secret loading failures
- Add logging to stderr for secrets loading confirmation
- Standardize shell interpreter to #!/bin/sh for POSIX compliance
- Extract shared load_secrets() function to reduce code duplication
Both web and celery containers now properly load /secrets/.env when available,
fixing the bug where sidecar secret injection wasn't working.
