When a volunteer goes to double check their scheduled absences, they
don't see a year. When we imported data from the robot, it imported
years of absences. Its impossible for volunteers to distinguish
absences they scheduled a few years ago from one they schedule today.
This causes them to reach out to the volunteer coordinator to "correct"
the information. There's nothing to correct, and takes up
correspondence time when its unnecessary.
So to fix this, we displa the year for each absence.
Some volunteers also have many absences from past years. It's not
helpful to show these very old absences. We've limited the absence list
to only show absences from the last two weeks, and any in the future.
