Delete task logs #41

Admins can make mistakes when logging food. They might fat finger the
data, forget to enter some important data, pick an inaccurate type, or
want to fix a guesstimate. They also may want to fix mistakes from
volunteer logs. When that happens, they have to rely on the product
manager to manually update the data. It's possible some people don't
fix their mistakes because of this level of bureaucracy. This injects a
level of stress and an additional detail to track for everyone.
Organizational admins can now remove these logs so they can re-add them
correctly without having to talk to multiple people about it.
