Incidentally, this upgrades rubyzip to 3.4 which removes the "RubyZip 3.0 is
coming!" banner.

I upgraded every outdated gem that had a minor/bugfix version. The logic being
that every gem follows semantic versioning and new features and bugfixes are
non-breaking.

The breaking changes don't look like they effect us.
