It's useful to have production data on our machines, but it's not good if that
data has sensitive information. Occasionally we need that, but it should not be the default.
This uses a script I wrote to anonymize sites, events, and users. It does not
anonymize operations users to that developers (who we assume have the operations
role) can still log in with their credentials.
