To my shame, I forgot that people log in with phones. The login page was
reworked recently and I made it a 12 column layout. 12 columns is fine, but not
when your default min width is 900px. This removes the 900px requirement on the
unauthenticated pages, and adjusts the page to look good on both small and large
screens.
