Add shift show page #116

Now that we have a nicer shift index page, let's make a show page as well! We didn't have one before this; shifts would always just link to the next occurrence.

This is a proper shift show page that shows:

  • Basic details (title, time, etc)
  • Current tasks and users
  • Previous users and their most recent occurrence
  • Upcoming occurrences and their users

Here's what the page might look like:
