Spring cleaning brings flake simplifications (copied from dad16e5 committed to codeberg.org/polyphony/polyproto-rs), fork-compatibility of the build_and_test workflow by falling back to a public (read-only) cache token and some general cleanup and lockfile bumping. All these improvements still total to 20 removed LOC, which is great, because
