xut: try to create unique repodir names. #64

That is a somehow breaking change for the users, as it creates different
repository directory names. Repositories will be be cloned again and the
old ones will remain.
This a try to make the code more robust and the directory names unique.

@zenobit : I discovered the merge issue while trying to compile xlibre from the vpim repo. d3f2f44faf fixes this and xlibre builds :)
