Install the gpep517 executable to usr/bin/. Add usr/bin/gpep517 to the package files.

Missed this in the initial contribution. I noticed I'd left tabs in the file too, so converted them to spaces and ensured proper indenting, assuming a width of 4 spaces.

Add install command in the install script. Add executable file path to
the package files list.
