Platform & Open Technical Standard for an interoperable protocol built upon global public open standards, including Fediverse's distributed foundation of that will allow for socially networked exchange of semantic information representing models of ideal criteria for how one would prefer their mind to operate, it they were to exist in a perfect universe.
