 Update agent instructions, mise tools, and zshrc 
- Expand CLAUDE.md with behavior guidelines, code quality standards,
 debugging protocols, and comprehensive tool usage patterns
- Sync AGENTS.md with similar updates for opencode
- Add flatc, python, dotnet to mise; remove opencode
- Remove hardcoded model from claude settings
- Add claude alias and bun completions to zshrc
