lucg/contact: An alternative way to contact me if email does not work - Codeberg.org

Create an "issue" (ticket) on here to contact me if email does not work.
I recently implemented some anti-spam thingy for other people using my email server
and so I worry legitimate senders may be blocked. I hate that feeling when you try
to contact someone, they're like "ur blocked hf", and there is literally no recourse
or human alternative option. This way, plus Mastodon, I can feel like there is
sufficient recourse. If you got sent here from a blocked email, apologies in advance!
