Fixed with github.com/lifepillar/pgsql.vim@a5f97d42fd.

For future reference, the syntax file is now automatically generated (see src directory). So, the correct way to address issues with syntax highlighting is to edit src/pgsql.sql and rebuild the syntax file with make.
