I've added info on how to add ResistFingerprinting exemptions. This allows people to keep RFP enabled for most websites except for those they trust or have issues with RFP.

I've added info on how to add ResistFingerprinting exemptions. This allows people to keep RFP enabled for most websites except for those they trust or have issues with RFP. 
Add info on how to keep RPF enabled except for specific domains. This allows more fine-grained control, although this approach is not the most user friendly one currently.
