Is this conflicting with librewolf/source!97? Or if you just want to set MOZILLA_OFFICIAL in this PR, you should probably do it in all the mozconfigs. I do realize some of the mozconfigs are not really used, but in that case we should probably just remove them instead of making them diverge.
