I believe this setting has been overlooked. Saving form data in the
first place is disabled by default so this setting does not impact most
people. However in the event that someone enables saving of form data I
think the prudent option would be to still have it deleted on close by
default.

Since form data is not saved by default, there is nothing to delete by default.
We shouldn't start deleting form data by default now, since that would affect only users who want it saved.

Yes, it would negatively impact those who intended for it to be saved. Considering the comments in the other PR that saving history is not considered problematic I'll close this.

Delete branch "Spearmint/settings:clearonshutdownformdata"
