This commit ensures, that the modal window is closed
if card deletion was successful.

This commit improves several different ways of
accessing tickets and slideshows.
 - Ticket-Login is splitted from part.
 - If Ticket Participant view is accessed without
 a ticket, the user is redirected to the login
 page.
 - If given ticket id does not exist, user is
 redirected to login with error "not-found".
 - The slideshow must be accessed with the ticket
 number and card ID in the URL.
 If card is not given, but ticket + card Id, the card is
 loaded automatically. If the card does not exist, the user
 is redirected to the ticket.
 - If user clicks on "close" within the slideshow, the user is
 redirected to the participant ideas view.
At several places server will give proper status codes now.
