Undo hiding of some privacy-related configuration, with some general adjacent improvements included.

Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) has the modes Standard, Strict, and Custom.
Previously, only Strict mode was available via settings UI.
This makes available Custom mode, but not Standard.

Similarly re-enable the previously hidden History settings.

Also minor touchups of the UI to accommodate these changes.

  • feat: Expose UI for Custom ETP configuration
    • "Standard" mode is still hidden
  • feat: Expose UI for custom history configuration
  • fix: Hide rfpIncompatibilityWarning
    • As-is it's simply confusing and not helpful.
    • Move "Read more" link to ResistFingerprinting toggle hint
  • chore: Move fpiIncompatibilityWarning to a more natural position
  • fix: Minor edit of recommendations text
  • Update RFP support link to more relevant one

Todo

  • Reorder "Site settings and Cookies" and "History" settings so they are colocated, as they interact and relate
  • Relocate ResistFingerprinting (RFP) toggles to ETP settings, as they interact and relate
  • Selectively hide only "Always use private browsing mode" checkbox
