Code maturity: 5am hack shit

`srtgpx.py <VID_20991231_246060.srt>`

Takes an OpenCamera .srt file and creates a .gpx with tracks and waypoints (for button presses).

`srtchapters.py <VID_20991231_246060.srt>`

Takes an OpenCamera .srt file and adds chapters from button presses to the corresponding video file, which is renamed to bN.mp4 where N is the number of button presses.
