widget.support-xdg-config shows up as true (default value, and actually can't be changed on about:config).

I didn't quite get the last question, but with those changes, getting rid of the xdg code and keeping just the evaluation for the HOME env var, then I can manually set autoadmin.global_config_url...

I never have had XDG_CONFIG_HOME set to anything before, and yet applications configuring stuff on and reading configurations from ~/config, ~/.local/share and using desktop files from ~/.local/sha...

@any1here I don't edit /usr/lib/librewolf/librewolf.cfg, that's why I've been setting my overrides on ~/.librewolf/librewolf.overrides.cfg all along. It just so happened with this 147 release...

From the look of it they just are not up to date. They don't remove it, but they are still at -1 which does not include some of the related fixes.
