sorry, i could also have given some context, ;) I want to be able to influence what is in the database as "known items". So, What I ask for here is a tool to purge all known items of one feed...

test mode via config.php

when setting up a new feed or just testing around: the data that is put into the SQL-Database is final: i cannot purge it, change it, review it etc. so with this switch I would like to stop it...
