Irdest simulation sandbox
Allow us to test Irdest routing at scale.
- Connect nodes via separated network links
- Allow setting different connection metrics:
- throttle bandwidth
- set a rate of packets to drop
- artificial latency
- Run systemd services (ratmand, ?) on each node
