Help us assess the impact: breaking change for a more secure authentication

routers/web/webfinger.go was left unchanged, so it still includes the trailing slash, no longer matching the issuer specified in other endpoints. https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/src/commit/...

Can confirm this! (and sorry for the delay!) Exactly as I described before. The two "pages" are on the same HTML document, just hidden between "tabs", and so the captcha is only added to...
