I am seeing "This pull request is broken due to missing fork information." at the previous refresh and rebase button (I can not remember the exact text) area. And at the source repo where I would like the PR to come from I am seeing "The database representation of this repository is out of synchronization. If this warning is still shown after pushing a commit to this repository contact the administrator.". But at https://docs.codeberg.org/contact/ I can not tell where my feedback should go into.

How should I proceed?

You can try filing an issue for that, but to proceed, it's fine as long as you can still push update to this branch.
