Currently, only an issue is created. Example:

Firebase instrumented tests failed in the daily run.

This issue should have the label loop/code, so that the error gets fixed.

PR #551 created at #551.

Summary:

Changed .forgejo/workflows/firebase-tests.yml:138 so the failure-issue is opened with the loop/code label instead of the legacy Ready label. With that label, agentloop will pick the issue up and the coding agent will work on the root cause.
