[Feature]: Metadata extraction for audio files (and probably other too)

Hey, I'm currently working on supporting tags from music files. It's very close to done, but I'm moving and haven't got time to work on it at the moment. Stay tuned :-)

[Feature]: macOS support

Hey, thanks for the suggestion! I'm not generally against bringing Stencil to macOS, although it would look slightly out of place and there are already tons of very good renaming tools available...
