Use Codeberg links for Weblate-only contributors #522

Patched all monthly updates where https://translate.codeberg.org/user/ links were used. Patching isn't needed for 2024-12, ref #521 (comment).

It is simpler to just copy a list of Weblate-only contributors into the existing list (ref #450 (comment), the relevance of comment about accuracy is much less than anticipated), but it makes the list more confusing. We have many contributors who are active on both Codeberg and Codeberg Translate. They're not included in the bottom translator list, giving inaccurate representation of how many translation contributors there are. Having these separate links does not give useful information.

11 changed files with 243 additions and 245 deletions

but I don't see, why. Have there been two duplicates?
