@dachary @Gusted Since you're the well-being team: What do you think/feel about the agreement that this PR adds? Are you okay with being the points of contact to help with conflicts? Do you consider that to be within the team's domain?

(I'm adding an agreement because I'm writing a governance guide, and it needs to refer/tell people what to do in case of conflict, so I'd like us to have an agreement before I tell/guide people in the community what to do)

LGTM, most of the time I hope we don't have to contact the team and that the team instead already sees the tension.
