[AGREEMENT] nykula renewed application to localization team (Ukrainian) #238

I propose to remain part of the localization team for Ukrainian.

This application follows the Forgejo decision making process (accepted after 2 weeks, unless concerns are raised).

Pledge

I pledge to act in accordance with the code of conduct, and all other rules and processes agreed via the Forgejo decision making process.

If there is an agreement for me to be a member of the team, I will consider applying again a year later.

Background

Previous application: #75, renewal context: #229

I study English-Ukrainian translation, having work experience as a web developer. I mostly recovered from the injury in January 2024 that interfered with my contributions to free software, and this year I have a goal of pushing the Forgejo UI towards 100% translation in my language, as well as fixing the existing strings when I notice inconsistencies or mistakes.
