user: arch package: fix typo, fix wrong link #877

Fixed a dead link from #583.

https://docs.Forgejo.com/usage/authentication was clearly a result of some wrong replacement in Gitea documentation. I figured out which file it is in our docs and changed the link. I have not tested if it works locally yet, would like to check in live preview instead.
