does this actually work? I know there is some kind of support in ACT but never really looked into it.
They won't. or rather I'd be surprised if they did. I copied the example workflow and added some modifications (added args so the entire thing isn't just "404 on file:///[...]/authors" because authors.md exists). I'll remove that in a bit.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
