Design revisions and full integration is still missing at this point

RouletteList now actually adds rows
RouletteRow now shows its content

Some critical Roulette features are still missing, but this is a good start :)

RouletteList now can also delete all its items

Now the Roulette Page is clamped
Some widgets align properties have been change to allow
the listbox to grow downwards

Now most of the RouletteList actions are on a menu
It has been moved to a UI file too :D

The "remove drawn items" feature from roulette needs it.
Also, the settings have been delayed to it doesn't slow down
the UX

Now rows slowly appear on screen when created, as well as they fade out when deleted
Deleting all rows will produce a slow fade out animation too!

Now it removes items even when the animations are not completed
