Adding option to format colours a specific way? #171

Hi, I'm really enjoying using wallust but I would find it really useful if you could format the colours created (e.g. without a '#' in the beginning). This would make using custom colours in config files a lot easier. I keep making a lot of scripts just to convert from one format to another so adding an inbuilt option would be really helpful.

I'm no good at rust so I'm not sure how you would do this but I thought it was a pretty good idea!

Yeah, just use the strip filter :)
