Update FEP d8c2 to focus only on using ActivityPub object IDs as OAuth 2.0 client IDs

I'll just change it back to the original title and make a note that the FEP tooling can't handle that kind of change.

The title has been changed, such that the expected slug info no longer works, and woodpecker is failing. Let me know how to handle this.
