Make target for building individual chapters?

In the left pane I load the translation of the chapter, in the right pane I create a diff of the English original of that paragraph between the HEAD and commit of my last update.

Make target for building individual chapters?

I edit the intro_CTX_xxx.tex comment out all components (that is chapters) and then uncomment only the one I want to compile.
