Hello! I'm packaing fcft and foot for Yocto.

Because it's a set of tools mainly used for building distros for embedded systems, some of tools may be not available (scdoc isn't) or it doesn't make any sense to have installed files that doesn't required on target machine.

So I've made doc option similar to what you have in foot.

I think the new switch should be a) documented in README.md, and b) mentioned in CHANGELOG.md. Would you mind adding these?
