Added some lightweight depth to the BG and some gradient effect to the Icon, both changes where made via Inkscape's Mesh Tool.
Simple Mesh Tool details for this project:
-The background layers (named:"shadowed bg via Mesh Tool and its grid set to Bicubic") Mesh Tool Smoothing option for the grid is "Bicubic"
-The Icon layers (named:"green fx") Mesh Tool Smoothing option for the grid in use is "Coons"
