xsettingsd v1.0.4 only increments the version number used by CMake, which I (again) missed for v1.0.3.

xsettingsd v1.0.3 incorporates the following changes:

• Use XFixes ClientDisconnectMode to allow termination when running under Wayland using lazy Xwayland with -terminate.
• Various CMake improvements: Use detected X11 include path, print features.
• Add ExecReload to systemd unit to support reloading config.
• Add missing XFree of data from XGetWindowProperty.
• Various documentation improvements.
• Moved to https://codeberg.org/derat/xsettingsd

xsettingsd v1.0.2 only increments the version number used by CMake, which I missed for v1.0.1.

xsettingsd v1.0.1 incorporates the following changes:

• Fix from Phil Miller to make dump_xsettingsd return 1 on error.
• Support for building using CMake from Andreas Sturmlechner and Peter Eszlari.
• systemd service file from Peter Eszlari.

Peter Eszlari also converted the README (now README.md) file to Markdown and added build instructions to it, and deleted the unmaintained debian/ directory.
