Sure, I've created v1.0.3, and then v1.0.4 to properly update the version used by CMake. :-/

(If I keep messing this up, I should probably look into using something like https://cmake-tools.readthedocs.io/en/stable/cmake_tools_version_from_git.html to automatically pull the version from the most-recent git tag.)
