I see. Personally, I cannot justify making HTTPS mandatory for small sites with no user accounts. Does this mean HTTP-only sites like mine are going to be removed?

Hmm, I offer downloads that exceed 1 MB (NetBSD program binaries). Do these disqualify me? They aren't part of the front page or the readable content of the site.
