@danb sorry, just slow to get to things on here so only looking across this now.

I think we may want to generally add a general "Linux" project first, so that we can refer to that from distros like this (and assess them with considerations to any details found in that review).
This is mainly in regard to usage of potential binary elements as per #14, which we'd ideally still need to define in regards to how we categorise/evaluate those scenarios.

Forgive my ignorance on this; Within the Rocky project, is there any particular considerations or policies in regard to binary blobs and (potentially non-FOSS) licensing of other software which you redistribute as part of the wider "Rocky Linux" offering?
