chore(dev): add local CORS proxy for the remote API 
The dev-stack API only allows CORS for http://localhost:3000; a second
local dev server on any other port fails every browser API call at the
preflight. bun scripts/remote-proxy.ts forwards 1:1 to the remote API
and answers preflights itself (127.0.0.1 only, Bearer auth passed
through untouched).
