Should we try to be backwards compatible with usb-moded in terms of where the config comes from? For example, usb-moded reads from /etc/usb-moded... but since I'm proposing being compliant with...

For UAPI6-compliant config handling, we can use https://docs.rs/uapi-config, an example of that is here: https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/generate-kernel-cmdline
