Maybe I was not clear... I don't see the benefit of announcing that you're about to enter a roundabout.
The goals of announcing the OSM destination tag is to allow the user to quickly confirm with the most prominent sign that he is choosing the right road.
Because that part of the vocal message in included later (see below) which can be translated in english as "At the roundabout that the XXX exit".
