Move the repeated locale-iteration, value-map normalization, and
hidden [type] input out of the six localizable field views into a new
field/locale-rows partial that takes a slot for the varying control.
Also drop the unused $templates constructor argument from
FieldRenderer, consolidate the duplicate byUid/404 path in the Node
controller behind fetch(), and loosen the collection.css asset
assertion to match the ?v= cache-busting query string.
