I've gone through the validator results and ajusted line numbers to match already included new lines and to re-add lines where the network has changed (Lisbon).
In the case of Toulouse the line that got a new network is in my opinion not worth adding back to rapid, as it seems to have half hour frequencies at best. I've removed all networks here and ajusted the bounding box to include the current subway lines and line C, which is under construction.
(削除) I had problems with testing using overpass, so these changes aren't tested. Can someone who is able to run the validator (@pastk) maybe run this to test? (Marked WIP to prevent merge before a test run) (削除ここまで)
