For these networks, it's seems there is missing only public_transport=station

Most of the station nodes are there, but are missing lightrail=yes or station=light_rail, and are therefore not being picked up for light rail routes, generating the not connected to station error.

Mullhous also lacks ptv2 tagging, i'm not sure how well that is supported. It could be a good test to see how the generator deals with that.

I guess we can switch to ptv2 for Mulhouse because platforms are already in the relation, from your initial check in a few days ago,
I don't seeing less errors
